谢谢您的回答，我道歉忽略了一个事实，患者在服用 
阿司匹林200 mg/day，但是由于胃肠道问题以及缺铁性 
贫血我们更换为氯吡格雷。我还想说的是，该患者有 
几种艺术特长并且是个优雅的演说家，无论从心理上 
还是生理上都是一个比较主动的患者，当然还有年龄 
和多发神经炎的限制。

Dear colleague,
Thank you for your answer and I apologize for having omitted saying
that the patient is taking aspirin in doses of 200 mg/day; but due to
gastric disorders and ferropenic anemia we rotated him to
clopidogrel. I would like to add also that this is a person with
several artistic activities and an exquisite speaker; so I would like
to convey that he is an active patient, psychologically and
physically, of course with the normal limitations of age and
polyneuritis.
