用。这些患者主要是心功能III-IV级的患者，药物剂量 
也较高。我并没发现里面有房颤亚组，但是如果真的 
没有这方面的分析的话将会是很重要的一个继续研究 
方向。

Dr. Campodonico Filho,
Thank you for responding. The randomized trials for beta blocker-
MERIT and Carvedilol- both showed considerable improvement in LV
function and reverse remodeling. These were class III-IV patients and
doses were quite high. I do not know that anyone has looked at a
subset of such patients who also have AF. Actually I think if not
done it would be important to do.
