193E 氟卡尼和胺碘酮 Dr. Krone

我对于小剂量胺碘酮（100或200mg）联合氟卡尼 50～100mg  
Bid（合用或不合用一种倍他受体阻滞剂）来维持窦律 
的临床经验比较感兴趣。最近，在ACC的一次论坛上， 
Peppone和Camm都支持这种联用，我自己在少数患者身上 
有成功的经验。

193E Flecainide and amiodarone. Dr. Krone

I would be interested in any experience with a combination of  
amiodarone at low doses (100mg or 200mg) and flecainide 50-100mg bid  
to maintain sinus rhythm, with or without a beta blocker.  At a  
recent symposium at the ACC both Peppone and Camm spoke favorably  
about the combination and I have had some success in a limited number  
of patients.
