阵发性房颤的一线治疗的话,谁真的需要它(该操作是 
根据患者的临床表现进行的).当然,该操作应该仅在专 
业性强,有丰富经验及必需的试验研究的中心进行,在 
Ukraine,下列城市有这种专业中心:Kiev, Donetzk和Odessa.

Dear colleagues,
Let's try to change a bit the concept of "first line treatment": if
radiofrequency ablation is the first line treatment for patients with
paroxysmal AF, who really need it (the procedure is indicated
according to the clinical characteristics of the patient).
Of course, this procedure should be conducted only in specialized
centers, with a wide experience and the necessary equipment. In
Ukraine, these centers exist in the following cities: Kiev, Donetzk,
and Odessa.
