尊敬的各位同道：

我认为因该患者的平均室率正常甚至偏低，所以无需 
增加地高辛的剂量而应置入VVIR模式起搏器。如果随 
后患者出现心功能不全，则为使用β受体阻断剂的指 
征，可以使用卡维地洛或心脏选择性的长效比索洛尔 
及美托洛尔，在这我想听一下其他人的意见。

Dear colleague,

In my opinion, this patient does not require more digoxin since  
average ventricular response is normal and even low, so a VVIR  
pacemaker should be implanted. Later, if the patient has ventricular  
dysfunction, beta blocker is indicated, of the carvedilol type or  
cardioselective type, bisoprolol and metoprolol of prolonged action  
(XL), but I would like to hear other opinions.
