尊敬的Moga医生
我对将ULF功效归因于窦房结功能表示怀疑。有以下两
方面原因:
1.超低频率指频率介于0~0.003 Hz(据我所知)。因此
时间窗为50分钟或更长。什么样的窦房结功能能有这
么长的时间窗?
2.ULF有因血流速度描记图不稳定而使相关图像失真的
倾向。尤其是当均值发生暂时性变化时。

Dear Dr Moga,
I have doubts about attributing the ULF power to sinus node
functionality. Two reasons:
1. ULF is 0 Hz to 0.003 Hz (as far as I know). Thus the time scale is
50 minutes and longer. What kind of sinus node function would have
such a long time scale?
2. ULF is very prone to distortions related e.g. with
nonstationarities in the tachogram taken into consideration.
Especially for temporarily changes of mean value.
