密监测其他危险因素可以不抗凝，发生血栓的可能性 
很低。

你可以给予阿司匹林，尽管可能没有口服抗凝剂那么 
有效，但是90年代以来的研究表明阿司匹林可能是有 
益的。

Dear Dr. Wolman,



An AF in a 65-year-old patient with a risk factor appropriately  
controlled, may not be anticoagulated, as long as the appearance of  
other risk factors is carefully monitored.

The possibility of embolism is low.



You could administer ASA, since although it is not as effective as  
oral anticoagulation, the works from the 90's showed that it may be  
useful.
