令进入市场主要在过去几年。我们更倾向于 
acenocumarol，因为患者服用后会更快达到治疗浓度，半 
衰期更短，尤其适合在口腔科和急诊外科应用。另 
外，我们从来没遇到过acenocumarol所致的胚胎致畸的病 
例。

In our country the most used drug for years for anticoagulation is
acenocumarol. Warfarin has been introduced to the market over the
last few years. We prefer acenocumarol, because the patient falls
within the therapeutic range faster than with warfarin, its shorter
half-live enables a faster management in settings of odontology,
emergency surgeries, etc., which enables leaving anticoagulation
faster. Besides, we have never seen embryopathies by acenocumarol.
