我想问的是：生活质量和治疗证据本身不一定同时达 
到一致。例如，我有一例患者，65岁，高血压I级，药 
物控制满意，存在永久性房颤，超声显示左房大小为 
正常值上限，其余均正常。他还同时进行各种运动 
（网球，足球等）。我们应该对他抗凝吗？这种治疗 
并非一点危险都没有，那么我们这种情况如何考虑 
呢？谢谢

This event is fantastic. Maybe some are surprised by the answers to
their questions, but this is how it is.
I would like to ask this: evidence and quality of life, may not
coincide in some cases. For this reason: a patient with 65 years old,
with degree I HBP, well controlled with medication, permanently
fibrillated, with echocardiogram that shows left atrium in the
superior limit of normalcy, and the rest is normal. He also practices
sports (tennis, soccer, etc.). Should we anticoagulate him? It is not
really a harmless treatment and it is troublesome, considering the
