Dear Franco,

I am very happy sharing in this symposium with you and other
distinguished colleagues. Trying to give an answer in your
interesting question, I would like to say that the two categories of
the drugs have to do with the remodeling of the myocardium and on the
other hand are used in the armentarium of the treatment of heart
failure. In both ways with/or not heart failure the drugs might be of
beneficial use in patients with afib with/without heart failure.
