As AF may occur in up to 30% of patients with Brugada syndrome and
may potentially result in inappropriate shocks in patients with
Brugada syndrome who are ICD recipients, I would like to ask the
experts their experience on how they treat AF in Brugada syndrome.
Which anti-arrhythmic drugs are their drugs of choice and why? Any
experience in using RF ablation for treatment of AF in Brugada syndrome?
