非随机研究价值和准确度相对较低.随机化研究可以 
避免主观倾向.并给每一位参与者一个平等的机会进 
入不同组别.

随即研究是循证医学的基础,其方法学的基础就是保 
证参与者治疗机会的平等性,可以使不同特点的病人 
合理分布于不同组别.而试验者也不清楚何种治疗为 
佳,在此时刻,任何一种治疗方案都可能对患者有益.仅 
而减少了分配组别时的主观风险,个性的因素不会对 
实验结果产生影响.Merrit的研究为纯粹的回顾性研 
究，所以对于这一结论，我想只有等随机化研究结论 
出来以后才能确证。

Of  Alberta Calgary, Alberta, Canada. A nonrandomized study has
lesser value and the results are inaccurate. Randomization prevents
bias in research. Randomization gives each participant an equal
chance of being assigned to any of the groups.
Randomization or random allocation is fundamental in evidence based
medicine. It is a method based on chance alone by which study
participants are assigned to a treatment group. Randomization
minimizes the differences among groups by equally distributing people
with particular characteristics among all the trial arms. The
researchers do not know which treatment is better. From what is known
at the time, any one of the treatments chosen could be of benefit to
the participant. Randomization reduces the likelihood of bias by
assigning people to treatment groups by chance alone (randomly). When
groups are created by random assignment, individual characteristics
are less likely to make the results inaccurate. Dr. Merrit manuscript
is merely a retrospective review. It is necessary randomization for
adequate conclusions. I think.
