我认为是的。至少，根据中国房颤指南，对无器质性 
心脏病的症状性及药物治疗无效的阵发性房颤患者， 
肺静脉隔离、非肺静脉局灶点的消融为一线治疗手 
段。当然这仅限于有资格及经验的电生理中心。

Dear Dr. Cohen: My answer is "yes". At least, according to the AF
guideline in China, we take PV isolation or non-PV focal as the first-
line therapy in patinet with symptomatic and drug refractory
paroxysmal AF patients with normal heart, of couse only in qualified
and experienced EP lab.
