Dear colleagues, 
I will be very grateful if you could clarify a doubt I have about complete left bundle branch block of the His bundle: is it possible that this entity may produce sudden nocturnal death caused by ventricular fibrillation? I have this doubt since over the last two years I have had 2 patients who have died in such circumstances.
