Dear Dr. Vorotniak,
Thank you for presenting this case. There is no difference in risk of
SCD in
Brugada patient with palpitation or asymptomatic Brugada syndrome. It is
well known that incidence of many supraventricular tachycardias such
as AF,
AFL, and AVNRT are higher in patients with Brugada syndrome. Thus,
medical
follow-up is recommended in case of noninducibility of any arrhythmia
during
electrophysiologic study.
