Desde entonces, los LVP no desaparecieron más y se notó sobrecarga del ventrículo derecho.</FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial">El ECG reveló TV que duraba 3 minutos a la edad de 19 años, acompañada de desmayo. Luego de 2-3 años, no recurrió TV.</FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial">El segundo episodio de TV se registró a la edad de 21 años y duró 2-3 horas acompañado de síncope. Se le administró propafenona IV y funcionó. La administración oral de propafenona no evitó ataques de TV en el paciente.</FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; min-height: 14px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial"><BR></FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial">La ablación con catéter por radiofrecuencia para la TV fue aplicada dos veces a las edades de 22~23 por el Prof. Yang en el primer Hospital afiliado de la Universidad Médica de Dalian. Durante la ablación, la TV no se pudo inducir y se diagnosticó miocardiopatía por biopsia endocárdica.</FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; min-height: 14px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial"><BR></FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial">Las TV ocurrieron inmediatamente y duraron desde varios segundos a pocos minutos. La TV se restauró a ritmo sinusal de forma espontánea o por administración de profafenona intravenosa. La TV generalmente ocurría a medianoche o temprano a la mañana. En los años siguientes, a veces la TV ocurrió bastante seguido durante un cierto período (por ejemplo: el doble de ataques en invierno), y luego no había ocurrencia por varios meses o más tiempo incluso. El paciente disfruta de hacer ejercicios. No hubo ataques de TV durante los ejercicios. No hay restricciones para que se ejercite.</FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial">Desde los 27 años (2004), se le administró propafenona en dosis de 150 mg dos o tres veces por día. Se abandonó la droga luego de 1-2 meses de administración, manteniéndose sin ataque de TV por 0,5-1,5 años.</FONT><SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial"> </FONT></SPAN></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial">Desde el año pasado la droga no puede abandonarse, porque de lo contrario la TV recurre. Hasta ahora, la dosis de droga es 200 mg a la mañana temprano y 150 mg a la noche.
