Después de excluir la coronariopatía en este paciente, una opción antes de cualquier intervención sería cambiar su medicación a verapamilo o agregar disopiramida al propranolol. Si el paciente aún permanece sintomático, debería someterse a miectomía o a procedimiento de ablación septal, basándose principalmente en la apariencia morfológica del septo. Las palpitaciones deberían, sin embargo, clarificarse más. ¿El paciente tenía algún registro de Holter?
