La torsade de pointes desapareció luego de estimulación del ventrículo derecho + nadolol sin síncope luego de 8 años de seguimiento. Pero la última ecocardiografía ha demostrado una dilatación importante del ventrículo izquierdo con fracción de eyección = 18%. Hemos implantado un CDI bicameral con modo MVP (Managed Ventricular Pacing) y estimulación auricular sin bloqueo AV. Mas o último ecocardiograma mostrou uma dilatação importante do ventrículo esquerdo com fração de ejeção = 18%. Nós implantamos um CDI dupla câmara com modo MPV e estimulação atrial sem bloqueio AV. O seguimento é muito curto, mas em 3 meses nós o sentimento que a FE melhorou (28%). O que você pensa sobre esta miocardiopatia associada a Jervell.
