Esta paciente es una mujer de 30 años, con historia familiar de MCH no obstructiva, con estudio genético en el que se halló una mutación en el gen Troponina T (TNT) ubicado en el cromosoma 1. La mutación es Arg92Gln. Cuatro primos de menos de 20 años sufrieron muerte súbita y una tía de 45 años también sufrió muerte súbita. Su madre y otros tres primos tienen CDI debido a historia familiar y MCH evidente en Eco. Otra tía y un primo también tienen CDI por síncope y MCH evidente.</FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 13px/normal Lucida Grande; min-height: 16px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial" size="3"><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 12px;"><BR></SPAN></FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial">Actualmente esta paciente no presenta síntomas y el ECG muestra onda T negativa en V1-V3 (no estaba presente años atrás), y el Eco previamente normal cambió, y ahora muestra una sobrecarga leve de la aurícula izquierda y un espesamiento leve del septo medio de 12-13 mm, sin aspecto anormal y sin obstrucción. La IMR es similar al Eco y muestra un aspecto normal del septo pero su grosor es de 13 mm. Este paciente é uma mulher de 30 anos de idade com história familiar de MCH não obstrutiva e com estudo genético que encontrou uma mutação no gene da troponina T (TNT) localisado no cromossoma 1. A mutação é Arg92 Cln. Quatro primos abaixo de 20 anos sofreram morte súbita e um tio de 45 anos também teve morte súbita. Sua mãe e e três outros primos tem um CDI devido a história familiar e evidência de MCH no eco. Outro tioe um primo também têm CDI devido a síncope e evidência de MCH. </FONT></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; "><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial">Atualmente este paciente não tem apresentado sintomas e o ECG mostra uma onda T negativa em V1-V3 (que não estava a anos atrás), e o Eco previamente normal tem modificado, e agora mostra um leve aumento do átrio esquerdo e um leve espessamento do septo de 12-13mm, sem aspecto anormal ou obstrução. A RNM é semelhante ao Eco, e mostra aspecto nomal do septo, mas com espessamento de 13mm.
