Si el episodio sincopal es de origen cardíaco, mucha gente estaría de acuerdo en implantar un desfibrilador (índice elevado de paro cardíaco durante el seguimiento). Si el episodio sincopal es vasovagal, entonces una vez más Ud. tiene todas las opciones, desde seguimiento hasta implante directo de CDI.
