非常感谢你能参与这个病例讨论。在有心悸主诉和无 
症状的Brugada综合征病人中，其心脏性猝死的危险性 
并无差异。众所周知，许多室上性心动过速，如房 
颤、房扑和房室结折返性心动过速在Brugada综合征患 
者中发生率更高。因此，建议对电生理检查中未能诱 
发出任何心律失常的Brugada患者进行临床随访。

Dear Dr. Vorotniak,

Thank you for presenting this case. There is no difference in risk of

SCD in Brugada patient with palpitation or asymptomatic Brugada  
syndrome. It is well known that incidence of many supraventricular  
tachycardias such

as AF,AFL, and AVNRT are higher in patients with Brugada syndrome. Thus,

medical follow-up is recommended in case of noninducibility of any  
arrhythmia  during electrophysiologic study.
