长心衰相关死亡”我不同意。
其他适应症：β阻滞剂禁用时。
我们还需要集中对患者进行非创伤性和创伤性检查以 
减少ICD的使用，需要更精确的评估这些患者的冠状动 
脉情况（MADIT未知时），我期望真正根治性治疗措施 
（如细胞注射）的发展。

To wait heart transplantation without risk in a patient, I agree

To delay the death related to heart failure I disagree

One other indication : the contraindication to beta blockers !!

We still need to collect non invasive and invasive studies of our  
patients to decrease the indications of ICD, to need more precisely  
the coronary status of these patients (unknown in MADIT) and I hope  
for the development a real curative treatment  (ex cells injection…)
