Are we not before the presence of tachycardiomyopathy by nearly permanent
arrhythmias in a child with WPW and atrial arrhythmias? This doubt is not
clarified in the commented material. Anyway, it may be useful to manage the
WPW with ablation prior to the decision to implant the CRT device.
