Chagas disease is not just present in Latin American countries currently,
but it is beginning to be an increasing concern in USA, Europe, and even
Japan.
¿Is there any experience on the results of cardiac resynchronization in the
more advanced stages of the disease, which evolve with severe dilated
cardiomyopathies, heart failure, ventricular arrhythmias, sometimes severe
too, but that usually do not display CLBBB, but CRBBB associated to left
anterior fascicular block? ¿In such cases, would there be an indication to
associate an ICD implantation?
