Some times, in a significant subset of patients with non-ischaemic 
dilated cardiomyopathies cardiac resynchronization therapy has been 
shown to reverse almost completely left ventricular function. These 
cases are named 'hyper-responders': Question: which are the 
characteristics features of this sub-group of patients?  Which is the 
underlying mechanism? Or best which would be this mechanism that 
differentiates this sub-group?
