Virtual Atrial Fibrillation Symposium<br>

I am sure that you have heard about the ISHNE web-based Symposium and
you may have been involved in this or one of the previous virtual
symposia organized by this Society. On the other hand you may not
quite understand such a concept. It is really simple and
straightforward:<br>

A group of about 50 internationally recognized clinical, public health
and basic scientists are appointed as faculty for the symposium. Each
makes a small contribution that is then used as the core teaching of
the symposium. Participants from all over the world join the symposium
and subsequently may make their own contributions. The last virtual
symposium attracted over 14,000 registrants from 123 countries. About
one quarter million page views were made and there were over 45,000
downloads of symposium material. The top lecture was downloaded by over
11,000 participants. By any scale this was an outstandingly successful
symposium which facilitated the dissemination of knowledge and<br>
encouraged learning.<br>

I have been asked to be the Honorary President of the next symposium
which will concern "Atrial Fibrillation", starting on September 1st,

The really exciting aspect of this symposium is its international
dimension. Not only are most countries involved in the symposium but
the conference material is translated and presented in six languages
(English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Chinese). The
translations from original sources in any of these languages are made
by the Scientific Committee chaired by Dr Sergio Dubner in Buenos
Aires, Argentina.<br>

This Atrial Fibrillation Virtual Symposium is an official initiative of
the International Society of Holter and Non-invasive Electrocardiology
(ISHNE). It is the eleventh virtual symposium and is expected to break
all records. I do hope that I can persuade you to join us in this

在最近的邮件中，相信您已经接到过许多关于ISHNE网上论坛的消息。或者您可能已经参与目前的或者既往曾经进行的由ISHNE协会组织的网上论坛。但对
于有些人可能对网上论坛这一概念还比较陌生，实际上这一概念简单明了。<br>

本次论坛由50多位国际知名的临床、公共医生以及基础住家团组成学委会。他们每个人都提供一部分内容，进而形成了本次论坛的核心教育内容。来自全世界的参
会者参与会议，并进一步位会议作出贡献。上一届网上论坛吸引了来自123个国家的14,000注册参会代表。有大约250,000次的网页浏览数量和超过
45,000次的下载。下载量最大的单个课件达到11,000次。无论从哪一个规模和角度来讲该论坛都是一个圆满成功的网络盛会，极大的鼓励了学习的热
情，促进了知识的传播。<br>

Tercer Simposio Virtual de Fibrilación Auricular<br>

Tengo la seguridad de que Usted ha escuchado acerca de los Simposios de
ISHNE a través de Internet, y puede que hayan estado involucrado en
alguno de los simposios virtuales previos organizados por esta
Sociedad. Por otro lado, puede que no comprendan del todo tal concepto.
Es muy simple y directo:<br>

Un grupo de aproximadamente 50 científicos clínicos, básicos y de salud
pública, reconocidos internacionalmente, se designan como expertos para
el simposio. Cada uno de ellos hace una pequeña contribución que luego
se<br>
emplea como el núcleo educativo del simposio. Los participantes de todo
el mundo se unen al simposio y luego, pueden hacer sus propias
contribuciones.<br>
El último simposio virtual atrajo a más de 14.000 inscriptos de 123
países.<br>
Las páginas fueron vistas aproximadamente un cuarto de millón de veces
y hubo más de 45.000 descargas de material del simposio. La conferencia
más leída fue descargada por más de 11.000 participantes. Según

escala, éste fue un simposio excepcionalmente exitoso que facilitó la
difusión del conocimiento y alentó el aprendizaje.<br>

Troisième Symposium Virtuel Sur la Fibrillation Auriculaire<br>

Je suis sûr que vous avez entendu parler du Symposium ISHNE basé sur la
web et il se peut que vous ayez été intéressé par ce Symposium ou par
l'un des Symposiums virtuels préalablement organisés par cette Société.<br>
D'ailleurs, il est possible que vous n'ayez pas tout à fait compris
compris la portée de ce projet. C'est vraiment simple et clair.<br>
<br>
Un groupe d'environ 50 scientifiques reconnus à niveau international
dans le domaine clinique et celui de de la santé publique ont été
nommés comme faisant parti du corp enseignant qui assure ce symposium.
Chacun d'entre eux apporte sa contribution à ce projet qui plus tard va
être utilisée comme l'enseignement central du symposium. Des
participants venus de partout dans le monde apportent leur contribution
au symposium et par conséquent font leurs propres contributions. Le
dernier symposium virtuel a attiré plus de 14.000 inscrits de 123 pays.
On a fait environ un quart de million de vues de pages et il y a eu
plus de 45.000 téléchargements du matériel du symposium. La conférence
la plus importante a été téléchargée par plus de 11.000 participants.
De tout point de vue, on peut considérer que ce Symposium a ramporté un
gros succès, ce qui a facilité la diffusion des connaissances et a
encouragé l'apprentissage.<br>

Я уверен, что Вы уже слышали о виртуальных симпозиумах ISHNE и,
возможно, уже решили взять участие в этом симпозиуме или же брали
участие в одном из предыдущих симпозиумов, организованных Обществом.<br>
<br>
Однако если Вам не совсем понятен этот концепт, то объяснить его очень
просто:<br>

В этом симпозиуме возьмут участие специалисты и ученые из более 50
всемирно-известных центров клинической медицины и здравоохранения.
Каждый из них внесет свой вклад в образовательную деятельность
симпозиума. Кроме того, участники со всего мира смогут поделится своим
опытом. Последний виртуальный симпозиум привлек внимание более 14000
участников из 123 стран мира. Электронная страница симпозиума была
просмотрена около четверти миллиона раз, при этом, материалы симпозиума
были спущены более 45000 раз. Наиболее интересная лекция была скачена
11000 участниками. В любом случае, это был очень успешный симпозиум,
который способствовал обмену знаниями и стимулировал к самообразованию.<br>
