Symposium on Heart Failure will appear on the Internet throughout  
April 2008. As Honorary President of the Symposium, I can assure you  
that we have an outstanding world-class faculty that includes most of  
the leaders in the field of heart failure.

Participants in the program will be able to obtain appropriate  
professional educational credits from the Accreditation Council for  
Continuing Medical Education (ACCME-USA) coordinated by the  
University of Rochester and accepted by many countries around the world.

internet Symposium that involves lectures on the internet, question  
and answer interactions via e-mail with our faculty, case  
presentations and discussions, and focus on appropriate therapy for
