  * made this ARVD Symposium and Forum possible
  * contributed to lectures (documents and presentations)
  * participated in the Forum discussions

First, a sincere and abundant thanks to those who conceived of this
ARVD Symposium and Forum, and who did the hard work to make it all
happen.

Next, appreciation and great thanks to those who not only did the hard
work of composing the lectures and presentations, but who also did the
dedicated and diligent work represented within them.

Finally, a hearty thanks to all who participated in the open discussion
of the Forum.  The sharing of cases, documents/information,
questions/answers and scientific debate were an integral part of the
value of this Symposium.  Thanks to the moderator of the Forum!

The Internet is one of the most expeditious and complete tools
available for the gathering and sharing of information. Congratulations
and encouragement to all who created and came together for this
phenomenal event.
