The problem to which nobody clearly answer is:
are we discussing the same syndrome with different Phenotypes or,
for the first time in Medical literature since Esculapius and Galenus,
an identical syndrome (ECG+clinical event) has 3 different
pathophysiological origin :1) organic, 2) functional 3) mixed type?
Evidence based data before laboratory experiments are needed to elucidate
the problem.

El problema que nadie resuelve en forma clara es:
Estamos discutiendo el mismo sindrome con diferentes fenotipos, o por
primera vez en la literatura medica desde Esculapio y Galeno, un sindrome
identico (ECG + evento clinico) tiene tres diferentes origenes
fisiopatologicos: 1) organico, 2) funcional, 3) del tipo mixto?
Se necesita informacion basada en la evidencia antes que experimentos de
laboratorio para dilucidar el problema.
