尊敬的各位同道

国际动态心电图与无创心电学会再一次自豪的宣布，第三届ISHNE心房颤动网上论 
坛正式开幕。

作为第三届房颤论坛，我们相信近年来这一方向有很多新的进展。由于房颤较高的 
流行病学发生率，这些新的进展无疑会唤起内科医生和心脏病医生更大的兴趣。

对于参加过以前网上论坛的与会者来说，会有很多新的同道首次与会，在此我们表 
示最诚挚的欢迎。

会议新的增长不仅仅是人数上的增长，而且是更多交流方式的进步，例如网络视 
频，自动图书文献更新系统，6种语言的同步进行（中、英、法、俄、西、葡）， 
大多的内容将会以此六种语言进行。

赛诺菲-安万特对本次会议予以了大力支持，在此我们表示诚挚的感谢，尤其是 
Aurelien Breton先生。另外，我们还要感谢专业的翻译人员，网络工程师，页面 
设计师，以及音频视频师，以及所有为会议的成功默默奉献的人们。

Dear colleagues,

The International Society for Holter and NonInvasive  Electrocardiology 
is proud to once again, meet "virtually" to start  the sessions of the 
Third WorldWide ISHNE Symposium on Atrial  Fibrillation through the 
Internet.

We are carrying out this third event, completely certain that new 
knowledge had been generated on this topic, which awake a great interest 
for cardiology and internal  medicine, given the great prevalence of 
this arrhythmia.

To all of you who have participated in some of the prior events, new  
colleagues are joining, who for the first time participate in a  meeting 
with these features, and to whom we offer a warm welcome.

The growth we have experienced is not just numerical: new communication 
tools have been added since then, such as webcast  videos, automatic 
bibliographic updates through the RSS system, there are 6 language 
forums (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Chinese), and 
most activities are translated into these languages.

Sanofi Aventis has made this scientific meeting possible, and we 
sincerely thank them, specially Mr. Aurelien Breton and extend our 
gratefulness to the large team of professional translators and 
interpreters, network specialists, graphic designers, video and sound 
specialists, who make our event successful from behind the scenes.

With these brief words, we open the deliberations of this Symposium.
