[AF Symposium]

2007年世界网上论坛是一次成功的网上论坛，超过135 
个国家的1万6千多人参与注册，2600多位中国医生参与 
了30天的讨论。讨论内容涉及心血管病领域的各种疾 
病，特别是针对房颤的机制、病因、预防、药物治 
疗、抗凝，以及导管消融治疗等进行了详细、热烈的 
讨论。会议期间来犹他州的导管射频房颤消融手术表 
演，对全世界的导管消融医生有很大的帮助。
我代表中国房颤论坛分会以及大连医科大学祝贺2007 
年世界网上论坛取得了圆满成功，并期望在不远的将 
来继续与ISHNE以及全世界的电生理医生进行合作交 
流。在此，也感谢夏云龙、王凌杰、杨东辉和所有参 
与组织翻译工作人员付出的辛苦工作和巨大努力。

Congratulations to the 2007 World Wide Virtual Atrial Fibrillation  
Symposium

The 2007 World Wide Virtual Atrial Fibrillation Symposium have made a  
great success, with >15,000 participants from >135 countries and over  
2600 Chinese cardiologists showed their interest during this 30-day.  
The symposium covered a wide spectrum of cardiovascular disease, not  
only in the field of atrial fibrillation. Experts and other  
participants made detailed discussion about the mechanism, etiology,  
prevention, heart rate control, anticoagulation, sinus rate  
maintenance with medication, ablation strategy, etc. Also, the live  
demo of atrial fibrillation ablation was a very helpful case to the  
world-wide clinical ablators.

On the behalf of Chinese AF-forum subcommittee and Dalian group, I  
would like to give a grateful congratulation to this Symposium. We  
are looking forward the future collaborations and discussions with  
ISHNE and EP cardiologists over the world. Also, I would like to give  
thanks to Drs. Xia Yunlong, Yang Donghui, Wang Lingjie and our  
Chinese translation teams for their excellent hard works and  
contributions.
