199C 复律后胺碘酮的维持使用－Pi Bu医师
尊敬的朋友：
我有一个病例，该患者有肺结核病史，房颤发作一年 
多，NYHA心功能II级。经地高辛、氢氯噻嗪、卡托普利 
治疗后心功能恢复但仍有房颤发作。后给予胺碘酮口 
服，200 mg tid治疗，一周后恢复窦律。现在胺碘酮减 
量至100 mg Qd。我的问题是我今后或在一段相当长的时 
间内应该如何控制胺碘酮的剂量？谢谢！

Dear friends:
I have a case with history of pulmonary tuberculosis. Atrial  
fibrillation happened for more than one year, with NYHA heart  
function II. After periods of therapy of Digoxin,  
Hydrochlorothiazide, and captopril, the heart function recovered but  
AF remained. Then amiodarone was administrated with 200 mg tid. po.,  
and sinus rhythm was restored one week later. Now amiodarone  
decreased to 100 mg Qd po. My question is how shall I control the  
dosage of amiodarone in later days, or in a long run? Thanks.
