疗措施。我们必须更多地了解每一位病人的发病机 
制，如果可以的话，正如Dubner所说，一些具有适当培 
训和一流设备的指定中心，它们有大量的病例来源机 
会，应该实施这项治疗措施。

No!! I think that this is still far from being the first choice. We
must know more the mechanism of production in each patient, and
probably, as Dr. Dubner said, some given centers with the appropriate
training and first-level equipment, with the chance of having a good
number of cases, should perform this therapeutic.
