房颤作为单独一种心律失常可以从不同的角度去评 
价。就在本次房颤论坛开始之前，美国犹他州盐湖城 
LDS医院面向全球现场网络直播了一例房颤的导管消融 
术，手术由该中心著名的John Day医生进行，并由Douglas  
Packer教授进行主持和现场点评。

在此，国际动态心电图与无创心电学会(International  
Society for Holter and Noninvasive Electrocardiology, ISHNE)很自豪 
的在本次会议中登出这一由美国心律协会(Heart Rhythm  
Society, HRS)首次组织进行的全球网络直播消融手术演 
示视频，该视频已经由大连医科大学的杨延宗教授和 
杨东辉教授的电生理小组翻译成中文。在此我们感谢 
张莉和夏云龙医生帮助促成此一合作的成功进行，以 
及各翻译人员的努力工作，当然更感谢John Day医生精 
彩的手术演示。

Dear Colleagues,
Atrial fibrillation is a "lone" arrhythmia that can be evaluated from  
different perspectives.  Just before our AF Symposium started, a live  
AF ablation webcast was posted on March 19th. by Dr. John Day, From  
LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah with the commentaries of Dr.  
Douglas Packer.
The case demonstrates a pulmonary vein antrum isolation approach to  
the catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation
At this time, ISHNE is proud to present to you the first Heart Rhythm  
Society World-Wide Live Atrial Fibrillation Catheter Ablation Webcast  
and it has now been translated into Chinese by Dr Yanzong Yang from  
Dalian Medical University, China and his group.  We thank the efforts  
both of the translators and Dr. Li Zhang and Yunlong Xia for making  
this possible and of course Dr. John Day for his excellent procedure.
This is also an unique opportunity for a joint education activity  
between HRS and ISHNE
