[AF-FORUM] 137R 暂时性缺血发作－Yabluchansky医师

[AF Symposium]

62岁老年女性，出现短暂缺血发作，患者似乎不像是 
没有器质性心脏病。需要进行进一步检查来寻找发作 
原因。对原发病的治疗同样有利于房颤治疗，我不会 
过度激进的干预该心律失常。

137R Transient Ischemic Attack. Dr. Yabluchansky
In the case of a 62-year-old female patient, with transitory ischemic  
attack, it is unlikely that she has no structural heart disease. It  
is necessary to perform additional studies to evaluate the cause of  
this episode. Management for the causing disease could also improve  
the issue of AF. For now, I wouldn't intervene aggressively in the  
treatment of this arrhythmia.
