在我们中心外科小组行经典的迷宫手术后，窦性节律 
者房颤消失后复发或伴变时缺陷的低频心房节律消失 
后复发的现象十分罕见。这些病人经常需要置入起搏 
器，而且要根据心房大小及心室功能选择合适的仪 
器。现行的手术方式－冷冻消融隔离肺静脉，可获得 
较好的结果，而且方法简单。此种情况下，我们要注 
意不要太靠近食管以免形成食管瘘。

Dear Dr.,
It is rare that in sinus rhythm AF may be lost and then reappear, or  
a low atrial rhythm and with chronotropism deficit after the  
classical Maze procedure that we perform with the surgical team of  
our center. These patients require often, pacemaker implantation and  
choosing the device is made according to ventricular function and  
atrial size. The results were better with the current procedures,  
where the surgeon makes a cryoablation, isolating the pulmonary veins  
but in a less complex procedure. In this case, we should be careful  
about being too close to the esophagus to prevent fistulae.
