自从1998年3月，经过大量动物试验后，我开始应用激 
光消融。从我的经验来看，激光显然比其他方法优 
越。最近，我在匈牙利布达佩斯心脏中心动物试验室 
开办了一个免费的一周课程的激光消融训练中心，主 
任是Miklós Tóth M.D., PhD.。首先培训的是外科激光应用 
——通过一个特殊的手柄——来进行，即将于4月23日 
开始。随后中心将对所有感兴趣的电生理医生开放。 
对激光消融经验更多的是杜克大学的医学中心的Dr.  
Svenson, Dr. Gallagher医生，德国马尔堡大学的Moosdorf医 
生。对比其他技术，激光消融效果更好，风险耕地，

Dear Dr. Lelonek,
Since March 1988, after extensive animal experimental studies, I am
using the method of laser catheter ablation. In my experience the  
laser showed
clear advantages over all the other methods of ablation. Recently I have
started a chargless weekly training center for laser ablation at the
animal experimental laboratory of the Hungarian Heart Ceter in Budapest.
Dierector is Miklós Tóth M.D.PhD., DSc. The first training for  
surgical laser
application - with a special hand piece for the catheter - will take
place on Monday, April 23d. Soon the center will be open for all of the
electrophysiologists interested in the laser technique.
More experince in the field of laser ablation in cardiac surgery have
also the colleagues at the Duke University Medical Center, North  
Carolina
(Dr. Svenson, Dr. Gallagher) or at the University Marburg in Germany  
(Dr.
Moosdorf). As compared to other techniques, the laser Method showed  
better
results, a lower risk (if any) and is rather less expensive.
