我有一男性53岁肥厚心肌病患者，自2004年出现阵发性 
房颤（每次发作时间较长）。当他成功进行射频消融 
时，LA 43mm，EF 64%, IVS 23 mm, PW 14 mm。由于轻度高血压 
而服用Isoptin和Fosinopril。现在无抗心律失常药物的情 
况下房颤很少发作，效果较好。

Dear Dr, Prim,

   I have a male patient, 53 years with HCM. He had frequent long
episodes of AFib before 2004, when he underwent successful RFA, his
LA was 43 mm, EF 64%, IVS 23 mm, PW 14 mm. He was on Isoptin and
Fosinopril due to mild hypertension. Now he is doing quite well with
rare short cases of AFib without antiarhythmic treatment (there were
no AFib for 2 years after RFA).
