谢谢你的来信.
您提到的法国中心的问题我没有确切答案.我能确定 
的是在大学医学院的这种中心数目不多,但是我觉得 
很多私人医院在做这些工作.他们治疗最终结果如何 
我一点也不知道.但在法国东部,仅仅C De Chillou, I  
Magnin,  M Andronache几位医生在做.个人印象这一手术非 
常耗时,而且结果比较一些大的中心如Pappone和 
Haissaguerre中心显然差距较大（不包括阵发性房颤）。 
我的同事Nancy接受过这方面训练，但是已经出现好几 
例并发症了。
因此，我热切的期待着象Morillo医生提到的多中心实 
验结果。

Thank you for your message.
The major problem in France is that I can not exactly answer.
I confirm that the number of centers in universitat hospitals is very
low; however I think that several private hospitals perform the
curative treatment of AF. Their results are completely unknown;
For my country in the east of France only Dr C De Chillou, I Magnin,
M Andronache perform the technique and personally I have renounced to
the technique which is very time consuming and with results clearly
less good than in large studies of Pappone and Haissaguerre (except
in paroxysmal AF). My colleagues of Nancy are trained but I see
several complications.
Therefore I am awaiting about the multicenter study cited by Dr Morillo.
