我对一个问题非常感兴趣，如果一个患者基础心率为 
房颤，心室率非常慢（通常认为双结病变），没有心 
肌缺血和心动过速根据，超声示高血压基础上的中度 
左房扩张、左室肥厚，收缩功能良好。该类患者植入 
永久起搏器后我应给于何种抗凝治疗？

现患者心电图和Holter均显示持续起搏心律。

First, I would like to congratulate the organizers of this event,
since it enables us to get in touch with physicians in distant
places, but we keep the enthusiasm to discuss and learn.

I would like to know the opinion of the forum about whether I should
maintain anticoagulation therapy in patients in whom a permanent
pacemaker has been implanted due to basic AF, with critically low and
symptomatic heart rate (generally as a manifestation of node
disease), and with no background of ischemic attacks,
tachyarrhythmias as intercurrence, and with echocardiograms
displaying mild or moderate LA dilatation and mild LV hypertrophy,
and good systolic function due to HBP history.

Both control ECGs and Holter show absolute pacemaker rhythm.
