在某些特殊患者中，频发房早对于诱发房颤可能达到 
统计学显著性，因此当在某一患者中已证实房早与诱 
发房颤有关，这样就可以针对房早进行治疗了。在应 
用β-受体阻滞剂的情况下，当心率不小于50次/分，可 
加用小剂量的氟卡胺。

The appearance of frequent APB can be related to a statistically more
Significant inducibility of AF in a specific patient therefore it
could be treated when it has been already demonstrated to relate to
inducibility in a single patient. In case of beta blockers when HR is
not inferior to 50/min it could be added low doses of flecainide.
