Filho 医生在他针对存在心衰的房颤患者治疗中有一个 
错误的观点。ACC/AHA指南中明确提出倍他受体阻滞剂为 
IA类适应征。把这类治疗排除在心衰患者的一线治疗 
之外是错误的。

Dr. Filho gave misguided information when he cautioned about the use of
beta blockers in AF patients with HF.  The ACC/AHA guidelines clearly
state the IA indications for beta blockers.  It would be a mistake to
not include them as first line therapy for all patients with HFR.
