我是来自巴西Fortaleza的Raimundo José Assis。我有一例患 
者近3年每次运动实验都会诱发房颤。去年他在静息 
状态下无诱因发作房颤2次，经电复律转复。随后服 
用可达龙200 mg/天，华法令维持INR2-3。患者50岁，无器 
质性心脏病史，曾行心内电生理检查，术者称未发现 
手术指正。我的问题时，我是否可以让他出院进行正 
常体力活动，因为每次运动试验他都会发生房颤。

My name is Raimundo José Assis from Fortaleza – Brazil. I have a
patient who developed AF every time he underwent ergometer test for
preventive check up over the last 3 years. Last year he presented 2
episodes of AF without apparent cause and in rest, which were
reversed with cardioversion. He has maintained sinus rhythm with
amiodarone 200 mg/day and coumadin to maintain INR between 2 and 3.
The patient is 50 years old and without heart disease. He underwent
electrophysiologic study and the colleague who made the test did not
see indication to perform ablation. My doubt is whether I should
release him for regular physical activity, since when he underwent
ergometer test he always developed AF.
