[AF Symposium]

亲爱的Prim医生：
已有资料（Kilicaslan et al, Heart Rhythm）支持肥厚性心肌 
病患者可采用射频消融治疗。虽然其初次消融的有效 
率比较低（70%），但是经重复消融后其远期成功率可 
达80%或更大。我个人已经尝试了一些肥厚性心肌病合 
并房颤的患者行射频消融治疗，但是其结果尚待证实。

Dear Dr, Prim,
There is data available (Kilicaslan et al, Heart Rhythm) that  
supportsuse of AF ablation in HCM.  Although the initial ablation  
results may beless effective (70%), with a repeat procedure,  
reasonable long-termsuccess rates can be achieved (80% or more).  I  
personally have done acouple of patients with HCM and the results  
have been promising.
